About Norman Foster
Norman Foster (born 1935) is a British architect who received the Pritzker Prize in 1999. The catalogue features the Free University's Philology Library (2005) in Berlin — nicknamed "The Brain" for its organic, bubble-shaped form enclosed in a translucent membrane.
